Refund and Returns Policy

Coconut Peet’s is a BUY and TRY retail brick and mortar establishment. Meaning, buying a surfboard or paddleboard here gives you TWO WEEKS to try said item and, if you need to, return that item for 100% STORE CREDIT towards something else in our racks WITHOUT PENALTY. This policy does not cover surf accessories like leashes, fins or wax. This policy DOES cover NEW SURFBOARDS as well but with an exception. A 100$ restocking fee will be enforced because that item returns to our store USED. If the NEW ITEM has not been used we would store credit you back the entire amount.
